Is a seasoned traveler who has lived in many parts of the U.S. and the world. She has held senior leadership positions as Director of Client Services and Strategy at top agencies including Draft Worldwide, Ketchum Chicago, Frukt London, Octagon London, Geometry/Grey London; 160over90 Los Angeles,Troika/Mission Los Angeles and New York City.
Tanya is obsessed with building culturally relevant brands by finding the intersection of deep cultural insights and a real strategic foundation. She’s also an expert at establishing solid relationships with client-partners to move the business forward and pushing the envelope while always keeping an eye on the big idea and the bottomline.
Whenever she isn’t busy building brands, she loves to dabble in art and languages and compulsively consumes anthropology and pop culture. She’s fluent in English and Portuguese, and is in relentless pursuit of an exquisitely curated closet, music, and crossword puzzles.
Creative Director/ Co-Founder
Is fascinated with finding the big idea when creating new worlds for new brands or different worlds for old brands. He’s done everything from multi-billion dollar global campaigns to platform ideas for start-ups.
Adam is chasing world proliferation by making his mark around the globe in North America, Latin America, Europe and South East Asia. He’s held leadership creative positions in renowned agencies including, Leo Burnett Chicago, Milan, Frankfurt, Tokyo, Switzerland. JWT NYC. Ogilvy NYC. Geometry/Grey London, NYC, Berlin. Endeavor Los Angeles. Vault49 NYC, London, and has launched brands in over 105 global markets.
Outside of this he is a proud Girl Dad, great cook, a mediocre surfer, 99% Invisible & Fast Company loyalist and a curious traveler (74 countries and counting).
Director of Media
Is a native New Yorker turned Californian since the 90’s. He’s our Head of Media and a real ninja when it comes to media planning, buying and research with specific expertise in national, regional and local direct response broadcast strategies and analysis.
Back in New York he was the media director for Christopher Thomas Associates and Lobo & Petrocine where he spent years cultivating relationships with more than 175 U.S. and Canadian media markets. He has also served as a marketing consultant for AT&T, Playboy Enterprises and the Tribune Entertainment Group.
When he’s not preoccupied with media endeavors he likes to act in local theaters.
Director of Business Development
Is a happy Orange County dweller with 15+ years of experience in Business Development and Client Service in the Tech Industry, Jenny has continuously built strategic partnerships and helped turn customer needs into action. Her experience in utilizing data paired with creativity has helped hundreds of clients drive better business decisions by increasing customers, revenue, and competitive advantage while maintaining operational efficiency and customer retention.
Jenny’s forte is understanding client needs and matching that with people and technology to drive business and efficiency. She has worked for Parker Hannifin, Business Objects, Resources Global Professionals and SAS Software.
When she’s not finding new business, she likes to spend time with her family, ski and play tennis.
